Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag or outer carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
